New email address password setup link broken
I'm trying to create some new email addresses for my website. Under the "Security" section I check the box "Provide alternate email." for the password setup, and have an email sent to the recipient. The recipient receives an email with a password setup link, but when they click the link it takes them to a blank white page. There are no error messages, nothing showing in the browser at all. I've tried this with multiple email addresses and multiple email servers and the results are always the same: The link goes to a blank white page.
Any help is appreciated.

Hello @Joshua Morris, Your access level shows as "Website Owner". Can you confirm if you have root access to this server? If not, I recommend reporting this to your web hosting provider so they can take a closer look. Thank you. 0 -
In my case it is not going to the address mail.domain, but the domain appears in the url: Wrong: How can I fix this? 0 -
HI, I created a ticket (# 93438890) and James Wright's response was: ========================================== As a quick update, I found that the contact form uses the domain as the link as long as it has an SSL on the server, it seems to detect this by determining if the certificate file is in the SNI location. I was able to get use the hostname in the URL by removing the SSL from these locations on my test server: =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= /var/cpanel/ssl/{apache,domain}_tls/${test-domain.tld} ~${user}/ssl/ =-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-=-= I then excluded the primary domain, re-ran AutoSSL and confirmed that this still sent the correct hostname URL. I am in the process of making a case for this now, I will update you again as soon as I have more information. ========================================== I have completed the case, the ID is - CPANEL-31281. While this case is not publicly viewable, its ID will appear in our ChangeLog (linked below) if any changes are made as a result of this case. Additionally, an automated response will be sent to this ticket at that time, even if closed. 0
