The domain already exists in the userdata error

The domain "example.com" already exists in the userdata When i try to create a hosting package account for a domain, I got this issue. How to fix thi??? I have search through out my whm and cpanel can't find any account listed there.

  try running /scripts/whoowns example.com to see what user is associated with that domain.

  Hello @Frank Kenneth Sackey, As a reseller, you should contact your reseller hosting provider to see if that domain is attached to an existing account on the server that's owned by root or another reseller. Thank you.
