The system ignored the MXCHECK value “0” for the domain

Hi Guys, I am migrating my account users to my new server through Restore a Backup/cpmove File. My previous reseller disabled some domain directory (folder permission to 000) due to security concern! During restore, WHM just skipped the domain folder and also addon domain. Here is the error message: (Domain name changed due to security and privacy) The system ignored the MXCHECK value "0" for the domain "abc.com" because the system did not restore that domain. How to resolve this issue? I am supposed to import all the data from my current reseller. Please help me. Thanks

  If a file or folder is chmod 000 then the account package process won't be able to read those folders to include them in the backup. If those folders are not needed I would have them deleted on the source account before you generate a backup.

  The best case scenario would be to have the provider modify the permissions to proper perms prior to creating the backup - if it's just permissions you should be able to do this through the file manager yourself.
