cpHulk Config file

I'm looking a way to change the cpHulk settings via command line (api or via config file) Api for this does not exists. Where I can find the config file that stores the values of configuration. Actually I want to set "Command" in the field of One Day Block

  There are a number of functions available for cPhulkd: WHM API 1 Sections - cPHulk - Developer Documentation - cPanel Documentation As far as what you're attempting to do can you please elaborate?
