Install DNSOnly to IPv6 only server

  You should be able to connect to securedownloads.cpanel.net even if we didn't support ipv6 it sounds like there may be a firewall/network issue in this case. The installation guide for DNSOnly Can be found here: cPanel DNSONLY - Version 80 Documentation - cPanel Documentation
