    Hi @m.eid I don't think this is something I have a quick resolution for and I think it'd be best to open a ticket so we can view the affected system. Can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks!

    Hi, We are also facing same issue, with One of the IMAP account is not able to sync to the data on WEbmail. While others work fine. Any update or suggestion, if it is resolved. Thanks

    Hi @achopra27 This can be difficult to troubleshoot without root access to the server, especially if you've set up the other accounts on the server without issue. I would suggest (since your profile indicates you're a website owner) that you contact your provider for assistance. They'll be able to look at the logs when you're attempting to connect and provide you with relevant errors.
