No option to add/edit TXT Records in cPanel?

Hey there, I've noticed that there is no option to add a TXT record in cPanel -> Zone Editor - it seems the only way to add or modify the TXT record would be in WHM -> Edit DNS Zone. I've verified that the account does have SPF enabled in "Modify an Account" Is this intended? EDIT: I've just found this requires the feature: "Zone Editor (AAAA, CAA, SRV, TXT)" to be enabled on the Feature List for the package of that account.
