Failed restoration of incomplete backup

Hi everybody I just faced an issue and need some help. As I was doing a full cpmove backup restoration from a second drive, the drive died ( yes so lucky) and the backup was left incomplete. The account that was left incomplete now shows like a "ghost" account, meaning that I cannot erase it or modify it. On any attempt to modify the account I get the error : API failure: Failed to read data: Is a directory at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/LoadFile/ReadFast.pm line 126. Subsequently I cannot use the same domains to a different account...so I can't get them online... Any thoughts on how to delete the "ghost" account ? Thank you
