extend root partition

  As you are not set up with volume groups, this won't be possible. However, you could use sda4 for either /usr or /var which is probably a source of a lot of disk usage. You might want to check each of those to see which is bigger and then use sda4 for it. You also might just want to run though those two folders and see what is taking up so much space because that is pretty high usage for a root partition without home in it. Or if /home is in fact on the root partition, make sure you don't have any accounts in it.

  thank you. /home does't have any accounts i think some files of cagefs and litepseed cache files and how can i movie that folders to sda4

  Depends on the folders. What I would do is go into /var and run du -h --max=1|grep G and see what folders are the biggest and start drilling down. Then do the same thing for /usr. For exmaple, if /var/lib/mysql is 20+gb then that would be a good candidate to move to a different partition. However, some fodlers are moveable and some are not. And the ones that are may have different considerations as to how to best move them. Or, you can do as I initially suggested which would be to move the entire /var or /usr to sda4 after you clear it of accounts.

  actually i f move manually do i need to change this in cpanel anywere that var is here at home1 ?

  You canb't just move /var on a live system. You would need to boot in rescue mode and move them that way. Its a delicate procedure and if you make an error then your system won't boot, so if you are not comfortable doing it, you would be better off rearranging folders.
