ModSecurity - SecDataDir
Error in Log file:
ModSecurity: collections_remove_stale: Failed to access DBM file "/var/cpanel/secdatadir/cpanelAccountname-ip": Permission denied
and
ModSecurity: collections_remove_stale: Failed to access DBM file "/var/cpanel/secdatadir/cpanelAccountname-global": Permission denied
There is no directory with an cPanel account name inside.

If I create it now manually won't be the solution, cause it will happen again with next cpanel user account.......
By the way - I followed the FIX amchey.com/2018/02/fix-failed-to-access-dbm-file-when-using-mod_ruid2-and-mod_security/
But it's risky and not the right solution for my problem. I feel not very well with the chmod 777!!!
Okay - every cPanel user seems to have his own secdatadir, but it doesn't exist always.
So how to make the WHM software able to create this folders ? Missing access rights??
Thanks in advance

Does the issue persist with mod_ruid2 disabled? 0
