Deleting a site from Wordpress Manager

Hi, I'm in the process of reorganizing and migrating my accounts to a new server. I noticed that Wordpress Manager is now showing two copies of the Wordpress instance, probably because in the old server the home path was different. 59567 So, how do I delete that "extra" site?

  Does the installation still exist in the previous document root? If it does you might try the following: If you go to WHM>>cPanel>>Manage cPAddons Site software do you get the option to remove the installation with the old documentroot? Alternatively you can go to cPanel>>Software>>Site Software -> Select Wordpress -> select Uninstall and select the old document root from the dropdown

  The installation does not exist at the previous root as it was transferred from another server and paths are different between servers. I eventually found out how to fix this: by deleting YAML files inside the .cpaddons directory.
