Error when updating php in domains

Hi. I have various domains in my server, the mostly of them have php5.6, so want to update to php7.2 but WHM trhow me differents errors. Error #1: The system failed to apply the "PHP" version to "mydomain.com": Cpanel::Exception::IO::ChownError/(XID kvcnyd) The system failed to set the user ID to "0" and the group ID to "0" on "GLOB(0x39efa20)" because of an error: Operation not permitted at /usr/local/cpanel/Cpanel/FileUtils/Access.pm line 71. and more errors... Someone can help me? please.

  Does the account have an .htaccess file in /home/user/public_html? If it does can you give me the output of the following? stat /home/user/.htaccess

  I have the file but it's empty.   htaccess file is owned by user.user?

  I solved the problem by adding the write permission, thanks for your help.
