    When you say not working, what do you mean exactly? Do you get any errors, or does the pass code you generate to use, just not let you in?

    I do not receive any error messages. When I leave the site management. There are no security codes to re-enter.While I set it up and enabled.

    You setup Two Factor via WebHost Manager and on the last step, it asked you to generate the code, which you did, and that completed the setup. Correct? And then you logged out, closed your browser instance, and then opened your browser again and attempted to login and it did not ask you for a code, right after the username/password prompt?

    Sorry for all the questions. When you log back into WebHost Manager and visit: WebHost Manager "Security Center "Two-Factor Authentication Do you see your account listed there? If yes, too, you might want to open a support ticket about this: WebHost Manager "Support "Create Support Ticket
