mod_lsapi apache restart too slow

Hello there On mod_lsapi-enabled server, apache restart via whm takes too long. No error records during the waiting period. The command "service httpd restart" via ssh responds immediately. Cpanel version 80.0.18 - Apache 2.4.39 - No cloudlinux.
