Slow to view emails in Roundcube

Good afternoon! At one week my VPS which has cPanel 80.0.18 installed got extremely slow to load email. We have 37 email boxes, and it does not matter if the box has 100 MB or 20 GB. All are slow to read email. Can someone help me? I will send a print of how it stays as soon as we click to read an email.

  You mentioned that this is a VPS, other services are working ok on server?

  There are a lot of factors that could cause this, is it only occurring with one account? Is there any errors logged to /var/log/maillog?
