Hello, I did have a look at know issues and forum threads and find none related, I then decided to open a ticket but there are server issues and I could not open one. Please find attached log, cheers.

  Hi @MarcoP Why were you unable to open a ticket? You should be able to do so by going to cPanel Customer Portal

  Hello @cPanelLauren, attached screenshot of the warning I get when opening a ticket from the server's WHM... I believe i did tried to open one and it failed. I'm not entirely sure anymore, about me trying to open a ticket, because in the last few days I had similar issues with two more companies and it's possible I'm confusing one with another one. In a minute or so I'll open one. Cheers.

  That notice is there but you should be able to attempt opening the ticket still - it should provide an additional error in the event it was unable to be opened successfully.
