/etc/exim_blacklisted_local_users

Hi, Recently we had an issue where a customer was not receiving any email notification. On checking we found that the user: "__cpanel__service__auth__icontact__**** " is blacklisted in /etc/exim/exim_blacklisted_local_users. Reason is: Wed May 15 13:55:29 GMT 2019 : Suspending __cpanel__service__auth__icontact__f****** in /etc/exim/exim_blacklisted_local_users for reason Script_Spoofing
However, there are no much mails sent from this cpanel user. ]# perl <(curl -s https://raw.githubusercontent.com/cPanelTechs/SSE/master/sse.pl) -s Emails by user: 111 : __cpanel__service__auth__icontact__****
Why is this user added in blacklisted list.
