one-time autologin
Hello,
Impossible to login to my WHM.
After install WHM I get this message :
"Navigate to the following url using the address bar and enter this one-time autologin url:"
But at this stage, no matter witch password, doesn't work and I cannot login.
Without login I cannot retrieve my ID and I'm not able to open a ticket support
Can anyone help me here please?
Thanks in advance

Hello @Nuno Francisco, Are you able to connect to the server over SSH? If so, try manually setting the password for the root user by executing the following command: passwd root
Then, attempt to access WHM again using the root password you entered upon the execution of the above command. If it continues to fail, review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log with the following command and let us know the specific error message that appears when the WHM access attempt fails:tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log

You could always type whmlogin as root to make a new one-time link. 0 -
Hi Eric, Thanks. That doesn't work. It seems that I install cPanel with cloud-user and not root So at the end there's no account at all Any ideas 0 -

Hello Michael, Meanwhile I could pass thought this issue but now I'm having another one. I would like to purchase a cPanel License but I get an error, impossible to generate order. Can you provide some tips about a way to go trough or maybe purchase license otherwise? 0 -

Hello @Nuno Francisco, I recommend emailing Customer Service (cs@cpanel.net) for direct assistance with the license purchase. Thank you.0
