    Hello @Nuno Francisco, Are you able to connect to the server over SSH? If so, try manually setting the password for the root user by executing the following command: passwd root
    Then, attempt to access WHM again using the root password you entered upon the execution of the above command. If it continues to fail, review /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log with the following command and let us know the specific error message that appears when the WHM access attempt fails: tail -f /usr/local/cpanel/logs/login_log

    You could always type whmlogin as root to make a new one-time link.

    Hi Eric, Thanks. That doesn't work. It seems that I install cPanel with cloud-user and not root So at the end there's no account at all Any ideas

    Hello Michael, Meanwhile I could pass thought this issue but now I'm having another one. I would like to purchase a cPanel License but I get an error, impossible to generate order. Can you provide some tips about a way to go trough or maybe purchase license otherwise?
