Timeout error in MultiPHP manager

Hi, i have an error with no messages on whm multiphp manager: Gathering PHP-FPM packages information error... and nothing happen... after some time it return empty error message "error:" .. and i can't use interface anyway in cpanel users can normal operate with multiphp manager !!! web sites normally runs with php-fom. so what can i do for my problem please?

  Is anything noted in the yum log or the cPanel error log?

  Dear Lauren, after some hours it comes back to work with no problems. Nothing is changed by me.If the problem come back again i start investigate in yum or cpanel logs as you suggested me. thanks
