Error 500 after running EasyApache

I tried to install an extension (iconv) through easyapache4, but it failed, so I have re-provision the previously profile, however many of my sites are not opening anymore due to error 500. one of the joomla sites are still running and I couldn't find any error in the cpnanel and apache log files. I am using litespeed as well. Please help me to fix this.

  the php version was corrupted somehow. I have changed the php version and it helped.

  Hello @Vahid Azad, I'm glad to see you were able to solve the issue. Feel free to post an example of a full error message (code 500) that appeared in /usr/local/apache/logs/error_log at the time of the issue if you'd like us to investigate further to see what may have happened. Thank you.
