Failed Installing cPanel DNSOnly on Centos 7.6
Hi, I just trying to install cPanel DNSOnly on fresh server but always got error like this.

Removing /root/installer.lock.

Do you have cPanel license for the IP? Check it in cPanel & WHM License Verification | cPanel, L.L.C. If yes, you may have contact cPanel to cancel it. 0 -
I'd second what @nixuser said, that error clearly states that the IP is licensed: 2019-07-02 15:47:29 1503 [3341] (FATAL): Installation aborted. Or is coming up as licensed.0
