login invalid

Hi, I have the message "the login is invalid" even I copy and past the good username and password. My host (likuid) tried and said it works so they can do nothing more, but it doesn't work on my computer (a Mac). I am lost. Do you have any idea? Thanks

  Make sure that your are not copy-pasting extra blank space in username or password. Did you try typing it in?

  Yea your provider should be able to ensure that you're using the correct username and password as well as address any login issues you're having as far as this goes. I'd do as @nixuser suggests but also try using a different browser as well as clearing the cache in the one you're currently using.

  Hello, I am farely new to cpanel but my website was running really well but from the past 2 weeks i cannot enter my cpanel as it says the login is invalid same with whm. The website itself has stopped working gateway 500 error. please do help me if you can i put a lot of work in that site

  This sounds to me like a potential cPhulk block - are you able to access the server via SSH? If you are able to, with the root user follow the instructions provided here: cPHulk Management on the Command Line - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation to whitelist yourself and disable cPHulk temporarily Once that's complete attempt to login once more

  I agree with Lauren, I used to have problem logging in a website on Firefox but on Chrome it's okay. Besides try clearing blank spaces, you can also just submit a support ticket.
