File permissions issues on website

my server spesification /etc/redhat-release:CentOS Linux release 7.6.1810 (Core) /usr/local/cpanel/version:11.80.0.18 /var/cpanel/envtype:vmware this is error log on this server location : apache error log /var/log/apache2/error_log all access rights on cpanel users cannot upload and update plugins such as errors on wordpress, such as Update Failed: Could not create directory. on wordpress but this happens to all accounts other than those using wordpress, I have tried using chmod 777 and my $ user, and still cannot use this to occur on all accounts on cpanel I've used the script Auto fix for file permissions and ownership or PeachFlame/cPanel-fixperms but still it didn't work please help me, I have tried several ways and still have no results

  Are you running a front end to apache like nginx or varnish?
