Can't renew or purchase new license

Hello, My license expired and I want to renew or purchase a new license, but I can't. The screenshot is in the attachment. Can someone provide me with a solution?

  You need to submit a support ticket, that's the only way to solve this problem for now.

  The only way to resolve this as already suggested would be to open a ticket with Customer Service, you can do so at cPanel Customer Portal
