Hello @Riyanto, Can you search /var/log/exim_mainlog for this email to see the specific error logged by Exim? Here's an example of the command you can use: exigrep 1hkWZP-001hMD-FM /var/log/exim_mainlog

You have to ssh into the server as root user to access the file. Or make use of the Track Delivery option in cPanel Email tab. 0 -
