    Hello Everyone, This is fixed in cPanel & WHM version 82.0.3: Fixed case CPANEL-27452: Fix bug in cpanel_php_fpm configuration where horde_lz4 extension was not loaded by making sure it does not load when not on php-fpm as well. Let us know of any additional issues after updating to this version. Thank you.

    HELP! I wasn't having this problem until AFTER the update to 82.0.3 that I made today! I just started getting: User user@domain.ext is not authorized for Horde (Host: *IP address*). but only for users on the main domain of my vps (as in "vps.maindomain.com") which is where I get most of my own email. I wonder if I need to try the workaround/temporary fix?

    UPDATE: It solved itself. The "not authorized for Horde" error eventually changed to browser redirection errors, and after waiting a bit more, I'm finally able to have the mail display load fully, without the error or the problematic redirection attempts. I can do it in a browser with a clean cache and also in one that's been open this whole time. It was odd that while my main account/domain was throwing the "not authorized for Horde" error for all users, that other domains on my VPS had fully functional webmail. So unless you want me to, I won't open a ticket. Thanks!

    Hello Everyone, An additional case, CPANEL-28473, is open to address an issue where Queueprocd is not restarted prior to certain tasks performed as part of the cPanel update process. This can lead to "is not authorized for Horde" errors like the ones reported in this thread after the cPanel update finishes. I'll update this thread as soon as the fix is published. Thank you.

    Hello Everyone, Case CPANEL-28473 was published as part of cPanel & WHM version 82.0.6: Fixed case CPANEL-28473: Fix bug in scripts/post_sync_cleanup where queueprocd was not restarted before we ran tasks in bin/taskrun that relied on queueprocd.     Hello @cPanelMichael , I have the same problem - can't use horde/roundmail. Groupware 5.2.22 Roundcube shows just the login frame, impossible to connect too. Headache issue it is.

    Hello, To update, it looks like the issue in your ticket stemmed from conflicting installations of the operating system's sqlite RPM. Installing the correct RPM for the OS looks to have solved the issue by allowing additional RPM updates to succeed. Thank you.
