cPanel not restarting postgres service

Hello, After upgrading Postgres from 9.2 to 9.4 and starting the new service 9.4 and confirming that the running version is 9.4, the Restarting PostgresSQL Server tool via WHM no longer works. I think that because there's no symbolic between the service bin file and the new upgraded version. so it would be very much appreciated if any can share a solution with me. Thank you
