The following domain failed its DCV check

Attempting to purchase a SSL Cert via cPanel. Gain the error below: Domain Control Validation failed: "xxxxxx.com" does not resolve to any IP addresses on the internet. DNS-based DCV also failed. DNS-based DCV also failed. Whats strange is that we had bought a Cert via cPanel just a year ago.
