Unable to login into webmail showing invalid login username and password is correct but showing the same error

  Is the account active? Check the maillog file for the error message.

  Is this occurring with all accounts or just one? Is anything output to the following log files? /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log /var/log/maillog
