Hide View Certificate Details?

    This occurs because the certificate includes those as SANs (Subject Alternate Names), meaning it covers those domains as well. The only way to not have it show those is have a certificate issued for just specific domains, which isn't necessarily possible for what you'd like to achieve with the cPanel Free certificate or Let's Encrypt's free certificates.

    You can probably eliminate these altogether using the Redirection Settings on Tweak Settings in WHM.

    WebHost Manager. It's used to manage cPanel accounts and server. :)

    My apologies...I float around on the forum and don't always look before I post. :) If you aren't using all of the subdomains, ask your host to help remove the unnecessarily. Hopefully that'll clean it up to your preference. If you do require this many certs, you could always consider a Wildcard certificate...they will provide unlimited certificates for a domain, but they are sold per year or per 2 year, so not free. But they would put you in control of your own certificate destiny, and you could eliminate the long files.
