    Hello @Arkaic, Can you browse to cPanel >> Email Routing and confirm how mail is routed for this domain? Also, can you confirm the DNS zone for this domain exists? Thank you.

    Hey, Local Mail Exchanger and the DNS zone does indeed exist and is using the default zone template. WHM -> Tweak Settings still has: Initial default/catch-all forwarder destination [?] set to System Account too.
