PHPMyAdmin view all databases on server

Hi this might be random and at the minute not causing no issues at all but i have noticed the databases on my servers are split into sections. I think in my theory I'm correct but still not sure. from what i can see the databases are in groups if there are more than 1 database per user although if they are only 1 database for that user its not grouped? Am i correct in saying this?

  Yes, that's the right way to show them in root whm.
