Reverse DNS (PTR) Problem & Email Deliverability

Hello, i have a problem in Email Deliverability, that in cpanel the webmail doesn't work ( the email of hosting doesn't recieve any messages ) and after that i look in Email Deliverability in my WHM i see this problem : - Removed - and i create a dns record for my ip address but nothing happend, same problem Note : i point my IP and my name servers in cloudflare . any help, solutions to fix this problem and thanks

  Seems like a dns issue to me, please contact your webhosting provider to check it.

  This appears to most certainly be a DNS issue - The domain sent in the SMTP handshake doesn't appear to resolve to the server (more than likely it's picking up the IP address for CloudFlare) - more than likely you're proxying the MX records for the domain through CloudFlare which shouldn't be done.
