    Seems like a dns issue to me, please contact your webhosting provider to check it.

    This appears to most certainly be a DNS issue - The domain sent in the SMTP handshake doesn't appear to resolve to the server (more than likely it's picking up the IP address for CloudFlare) - more than likely you're proxying the MX records for the domain through CloudFlare which shouldn't be done.
