Account Creation Status: failed Hook denied creation of account: Account Creation Denied by WHMreseller Whenever I try to make an account for a client I get this message? can anyone help.

  looks like you have a reseller account, contact your reseller hosting provider in order to fix the issue.

  Does that mean that my provider hasnt created a ticket yet he told me he created one already?
