Webmail folders mailbox charset

Hello, I have migrated an cPanel account to another server in my network. In the new server, the email accounts folders with syntax(ex: Certid"es*) show the following error message: "Server error: STATUS: Mailbox doesn't exist..." I can solve this problem manually, changing the folder name and recreating a new Folder in the Webmail, but it creats the folder with charset different, according to the attached prints. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? * Brazilian Portuguese, the best charset is UTF-8 in my case.

  Hello @Diego Silva, Can you browse to cPanel >> Email Accounts and click on Manage next to the default email user to see if the UTF-8 Mailbox Names option is enabled? If so, can you try disabling this option, saving, and then enabling it again to see if the issue persists upon a new Webmail session? Thank you.

  Hello, Where this settings are located? Because we migrated users to a new server, and everywhere this option enabled.
