increase quota limit for uploads?

Hi, I am very new to linux and using putty to change some settings and the thing is I wanted to increase my quota limit for uploads. I followed all the steps setting up up to this point: How to Disable Filesystem Quotas - cPanel Knowledge Base - cPanel Documentation I searched the web for every solution, but I can't seem to figure out how to edit the grub file let alone find it. Any help is greatly appreciated

  From the profile, you are a website owner. Please contact your hosting provider/reseller regarding this. Your upload limit is related to your account quota.

  Can you share some more information about what you are uploading and how? For instance, are you using FTP, File Manager, or some other method? Also, is this a shared hosting plan with cPanel access only, or is this a VPS or Dedicated Server where you have root access to the server? I look forward to your response. Thank you.
