    For this issue can you please open a ticket using the link in my signature? The file /etc/ssh/sshd_config should *not* be immutable. Once open please reply with the Ticket ID here so that we can update this thread with the resolution once the ticket is resolved. Thanks!

    Ticket # 12927897. Both /etc/ssh/sshd_config and /root/.ssh/authorized_keys were set to immutable. Ticket has been escalated to senior level analysts for further review.
