    I've transfered yesterday my websites...

Did you properly update your domain name's nameservers to the new server's nameservers?

Hello and thanks for the quick reply. Yes, I think so, I will use the same. When I check "Basic WebHost Manager" Setup", the nameservers are correct, is any other place I must check? Best Regards, Leonel Nunes

When you move to a new server, and you're using the same nameservers, those nameservers are most likely using new IP addresses. If they're not, they should be. I suspect you'd want to check your nameserver's IP addresses at your domain name registrar where the nameservers were created.

Hello Again, yes, I will change the IP there, but I'm using at the moment both servers, I use hosts.cx to check if everything is fine, I will only terminate my older dedicated server after everything is ok. Is that what you'r saying :S? And yes, if I go to "Nameserver Record Report" in the new server the namservers are with the old IP. Best regards, Leonel Nuens

Once you've moved all accounts to the new server, you should be acessing the old server, if needed, via it's IP address only. The old IPs are not associated with the new server though, so issues should be expected. You might find this tutorial helpful:

When you move accounts to a new server, you must update the IP addresses for server and the domains. I like to login to WebHost Manager on the old server, via IP address, and suspend the accounts I've moved. If you're trying to connect to one of the websites after moving it and it says it's suspended, the domain is still pointed at the old server.
