Can't upload files correctly

Hi, My problem is that I can't upload files from a site form this is happening across all my accounts, and on multiple browsers/devices - Removed - this shows up (in firefox) when I (or any site member for that matter) try to upload a file to the site (let's say for example: adding a plugin in wordpress) Uploading in Cpanel sounds to work fine, also the problem doesn't accure when uploading small files, it sounds to appear only with files > 10 Mo things I have tried: *) php.ini infos are as usuall in all accounts *) tried disabling my server firewall any ideas? please take in consideration that I'm not very experienced

  What is the error message you have received? Did you check the memory and upload size parameters in php?

  this is the error message that shows up in the browser if you mean php.ini, then yes, I checked in every account, max memory and upload size are set to high values, I also tried to increase them more but that didn't help

  Do you have php error logging enabled? If so can you tell us if there's a specific error output in the php error logs for this or what is output in the apache error logs when attempting to upload a file. You can find apache logs at /etc/apache2/logs/error_log
