Webmail reset lost password
Hi!
When one of my email users loose their password, and try to use the "Password Recovery" link on the webmail login screen (for example, webmail.example.com/resetpass?start=1) they fill in their mail in the "username" field, they click on the "reset password " button, and they get asked for:
Complete your contact email address below to receive your security code.
Contact Email Address (hint: )
In the hint it shows something like H---3@i---v.com
When I fill an external address to get my lost password, I get the following error:
"The email address you provided does not match our records."
Where can I register a mail for lost password, or how shoud I use this feature?

Your account needs to have the email address already setup. When logged into the account click the username top right corner of page. On that menu click Contact Information. You can add multiple emails here. 0 -
OK, thanks, I tried, only works with the first email. Even if I put a "secondary mail", the system can't send me my lost credentials to the secondary mail. Anyway, it's working now using the first mail. 0
