UAPI Boostrap js file not loaded

Hello to the whole cPanel community, I am posting this message today because I am creating a plugin on cPanel and I have a problem. For this plugin, I am creating a new Paper Lantern interface in PHP, my cPanel object is well instantiated and I was able to use the header() and footer() functions (everything is displayed correctly). For the style, I saw that cPanel used Twitter's Bootsrap. The CSS loads well in the page of my plugin but on the other hand the Bootsrap JS doesn't seem to load. So my question is this: how do I load the JS from Boostrap to access all the features? Thank you in advance.
