File Hit List Problem

Hello All, I hope someone might be able to shed some light on the below for me. Our host have said we have some infected files (see below) and they have given me the files but when I do a scan in the file manager I cannot locate these files. Does anyone know more about this than I do and might be able to guide me towards a solution?
