Resellers have no access to MySQL / phpMyAdmin

Hello guys! All right with you? I have a problem with my whm that I have hosted on Google Cloud. I am unable to enable user access on mysql. Only from WHM and with root user I can access phpMyAdmin. When I migrated from the old server to this WHM that I host on Google Cloud, I used the "Transfer Tool" feature and got some error messages when trying to import the databases. I have attached the image showing the error with details. Has anyone had a situation like this so they can help me?

  Please try resetting the account cPanel password and also check the box 'Synchronize MySQL password'.

  Hello, ! Thank you for your help. But you don't have the option to sync with mySQL, just this option that is shown in printscreen I took. - Removed -

  When you change a password through the List Accounts interface it automatically synchronizes with MySQL. For example: [QUOTE]The following service passwords were changed: system, ftp, mail, MySQL.

  Hi, Try resetting the cPanel user password and dig cPanel logs to find some details about the problem. /usr/local/cpanel/logs/error_log /usr/local/cpanel/logs/access_log
