ModSecurity Block IP addresses

Hi, I would like to block IP addresses using ModSecurity that are constantly reloading the same URL. How can I do that? Thank you!

  These would be considered custom rules/rulesets, while I can't provide you with specifics you might be able to find more information on the link I provided in the other thread. There are also a number of other sources you should be able to find after a brief search.
