I'm really confused on how to deal with this...

The good news, you have a cPanel backup. The bad news, it sounds like your newly chosen host doesn't use cPanel or provide a way for you to restore that backup to their server. My suggestion would be to find a new, proper, Hosting Provider that does use cPanel. You get what you pay for with free hosting. ;)

Thanks for replying, I know I'm a noob in this but for me it looks like a cpanel am I wrong? but they said something about uploading using FTP, any ideas on how to do it? below you'll find attachments that show how thier cpanel front page looks like and how thier backup page looks like. Thanks!

That's not cPanel, it looks like a custom style trying to look like cPanel to me.

If you're choosing to use this company, you might find contacting them more helpful than asking for support here with this. You might explain that you have a full cPanel backup and want to know how to restore that backup, to their server. Normally, you'd connect to FTP using your domain name as host and your account username and password for login.

I see, well after all they only provide one-on-one support to premuim users wich is not suitable for my fincancial situation. I think I'll go by your suggestion and look for a new hosting company. Thanks for helping :)
