    yes but my ISP (Zenutech) is not on EasyApache, and I'm not admin of the platform (I'm just a user). Thanks for responding so quickly though.

    All cPanel servers use EasyApache though but you don't have access to manage it without access to WHM. The only other way that you'd be able to use SetEnv would be through an .htaccess file which would have to at least be in /home/$user if not the document root of the domain.
