Craig, You should replace @ with your actual domain name on cPanel's Zone Editor interface there. The @ symbol will not accept by the cPanel system, just use your domain name instead that will do the trick. 0 -
Use yourdomain.com. instead of @. 0 -
Thanks for your reply Muhammed. I have done that and will wait now to see if it works. 0 -

Let me know if you still face any issues with adding DNS records or with anything else. Always happy to assist/advise! ;)0 -
Hi Muhammed. Got the website live now but what ever I have done has now effected the emails for that domain. If I try and send an email I get his is the mail system at host mailrelay3-2.pub.example.com. #################################################################### # THIS IS A WARNING ONLY. YOU DO NOT NEED TO RESEND YOUR MESSAGE. # #################################################################### I'm sorry to have to inform you that your message has not yet been delivered to one or more recipients. It's attached below. someusr@example.net delayed: example.net: 400 Network error: Could not connect to example.net:25
I did delete 2 cname mail. and ftp. I have put them back on but emails not going through. Any ideas? Regards Craig0 -
How long did you wait after putting them back and testing? You may be experiencing issues with propagation in this instance. If it's still not functioning you may want to ensure that port 25 is in fact open (some providers close this to limit spam email) 0 -
What was/is set on MX record for the domain name? If it was the domain alone, then changing A record for the domain should affect the email service too. To resolve that, you should correct the MX record as before there (below might help to get you on board) mail.domain.com IN A [old IP address] domain.com IN MX 0 mail.domain.com [update the existing MX record] [replace domain.com with the actual domain name] If you are still facing issues, PM me with the actual domain name (do not share it here). I'll assist further from there. :) 0
