Retain logs for one year?

hello, i want to keep access logs for one year how i can do that? i want to make rottation, not just manual download access log file for some/all users and how long cpanel keep logs on server? only option i found in WHM is in Stats and Logs: " Delete each domain"s access logs after statistics are gathered".
